So, I guess Motorola seems to be inspired from this: Apple's Original Advertisement both welcoming and teasing the giant of the time, IBM. That’s an advertisement Apple released back in 80s when IBM first entered into the PC market. It was a very clever advertisement. It was both welcoming the competition and teasing the old dragon. Apple was a leader in the industry and was teasing IBM for the missed opportunity even though IBM was initially ahead in the development of a person computer.
