Samsung Galaxy S8 Leaked!


Above is said to be the leaked image of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 (or it could S8 Edge, as the screen looks curved on both sides). From the photo, we can see one major change on the front. There is no home button. And the fingerprint sense has been moved at the back of the phone. If that's true, Samsung is copying the rumors of Apple removing its Home Button. Also, the popular trend among the Android devices of putting the fingerprint sensor is also adopted.

Samsung is known for "adopting" ideas far more shamelessly and this one seems to be true. Though, I am doubtful of the image. The proportions of the fingerprint sensors at the back doesn't seem to be aligning with the camera bump. We can't say anything for sure at the moment. But, if this is what the front of the S8 is going to look, it's very welcome change.

The rumored specs for S8 is said to be 5.8 inch curved screen with 18.5:9 ratio. And it is also rumored to come with a second variant with 6.2 inch screen.

Samsung and Apple are coming closer and closer at design, and the ultimate clash will force one of them to create another radical design that will benefit us, the customers, only.
